2. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is granted based on the discretion of the management.
• The student must provide accurate information regarding their previous academic records and personal details.
• Enrollment is considered final only after the payment of the requisite admission fee.

3. Fee Policy

All fees are to be paid on or before the specified due date. Late payment may incur a fine or temporary suspension of classes. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

4. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain strict discipline and punctuality. Bright Bridge Classes reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student found involved in:

• Misbehavior with teachers or fellow students.
• Damaging the institute's property.
• Consistently low attendance without valid reason.

5. Intellectual Property

All study materials, question papers, and digital content provided by Bright Bridge Classes are the intellectual property of the institute. Unauthorized copying or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to Schedule

The institute reserves the right to change class timings, faculty, or modes of instruction (Offline/Online) due to unforeseen circumstances or administrative requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bright Bridge Classes strives for excellence, but we do not guarantee specific academic results. The responsibility for performance ultimately lies with the effort put in by the student.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
